This centre was the first initiative of Nagpur YMCA in 2003. This was established to provide counseling and guidance for PLHAs and sexual minorities. A tele helpline (6418121) is being operated from 8 am to 8 pm. to provide counseling on telephone.

Peer Education Programme started in 2003 to promote awareness and prevention among young people in high schools, colleges and single migrants. The programme has reached so far 50,000 beneficiaries across the three years with the message of HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention. This project is ongoing and has now encompassed wider programmes under the project. Under the project, YMCA project staff has improved their planning, management and implementation skills. Therefore, the quality of their counseling, prevention, advocacy, care and support programmes as well as out-reach activities has been improved.
